Top Win Optoelectronics was established in November 2007 with a capital of NT$100 million. The main products are LED street lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and other related products. In order to cope with the world's energy shortage and the improvement of environmental quality requirements, reducing energy consumption has become a trend in developed countries and the entire world. The company’s R&D management team has more than ten years of experience in the LED industry and insists three concepts as below:
1. The great heat dissipation makes the volume small.
2. If the efficiency is high, the wattage must be low.
3. The excellent optics creast few particles.

The street light developed by Top Win is the lightest, thinnest and shortest in the world. The low wattage and high efficiency have been affirmed by countries such as Europe, America, Japan, and China. Indoor lights have also been used by various enterprises.
In terms of production at the current stage of the company, the initial mode is OEM. Afterwards, it will construct own production plant by shareholding or merger.In terms of development, the company is currently able to develop and integrate LED products.
